Figure 6. — Alo blocks the Ras/Raf1/Erk1/2 signaling pathway in breast cancer cells. Western blotting was performed to analyze the expression of Ras, p-Raf1, Raf1, p-Erk1/2 and Erk1/2 following Alo (0.1, 0.2 and 0.4 mM) treatment for 24 h. Then the band intensity was quantified by ImageJ software. The results were expressed as the mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments. *P<0.05 and **P<0.01 vs. non-Alo treated group (0 mM Alo).
