Fig. 3 — Western blot of membrane proteins isolated from HT-29 cells probed with anti-TK1 antibody ab91651. Membrane proteins from HT-29 were biotinylated and isolated for Western blot analysis. Controls included membrane protein isolation from non-biotinylated cells and cell extracts. The results show TK1 is found in the membrane of HT-29 cells in monomeric (~ 25 kDa) and dimeric forms (~ 50 kDa)
