(CMAP-C) SupSpi (Acc): CMAPs were obtained by placing the active recording electrode on the belly of the supraspinatus muscle with stimulation of the spinal accessory nerve. (CMAP-D) SupSpi (Erb): CMAPs were obtained by placing the active recording electrode on the belly of the supraspinatus muscle with stimulation of Erb's point in the supraclavicular fossa.
