STING agonist treatment induces pro-inflammatory cytokine levels independent of CD8⁺ T cells. Plasma inflammatory cytokines levels (pg/mL) in ID8-Trp53^−/− tumour-bearing mice treated with isotype control (IgG) or anti-CD8 antibody, at day 1, 8, and 28 post-treatment with STING agonist or vehicle.
