GCM protects against AILI. (A) C57BL/6N mice received 50 mg·kg−1 GCM at 0.5, 1 or 2 h after acetaminophen (APAP) treatment, and serum ALT was determined at 24 h. GCM 50 mg·kg−1 was administered 2 h after acetaminophen. Blood and liver tissue were collected at 3, 6 and 24 h. (B) Serum ALT levels were measured at various time points as indicated.
