Coronal T1-weighted MRI of the case 1 obtained through mid-portion of the medial femoral condyle 12 months after medial MAT. We considered subluxation of more than 3 mm to indicate extrusion.¹⁴ Meniscal subluxation was defined as the distance from the tibial plateau to the outer edge of the meniscus. Secure integration of the allograft with the joint capsule and good positioning in relation to the tibiofemoral joint were evident. No frank extrusion of the allograft out of the tibiofemoral joint was evident.
