Mice underwent permanent femoral artery ligation surgery and were monitored over ten days. (A) Production of RvD4 (pg/femur and tibia) over three time intervals to 10 days in bone marrow of mice undergoing hind limb ischemia (HLI) surgery, n = 3 (sham) and n =4–7 (group/time point). (B) MS-MS of RvD4 via identification of a minimum of 6 characteristic daughter ions. (C) RvD3 production during HLI.
