The concentration of apoA-I samples was 50 µg/ml in iPBS. Thermal shift analysis was performed by 2 independent methods: using temperature-dependent changes in Trp fluorescence (ex 295 nm) and SYPRO orange fluorescence (ex 492 nm) as reporter signals. Data are T_m values reported as mean ± sem of 3 or more independent experiments.
