Staining of Mature Adipocytes and SVF Cells with Lipophilic Dyes

(A) Representative images of WT adipocytes and SVF cells stained with Hoechst (H) only, Hoechst and BODIPY FL, or Hoechst and LipidTOX. Images are taken either with standard laser power (1.5%) or using increased laser power (6%). An asterisk denotes the same SVF cells imaged with both settings.
