1×10¹¹ vg of AAV9/luc were incubated with 2 μl of cryoprecipitate at 4 °C for 2 hours and then injected into C57BL/6 mice via the retro-orbital vein. Imaging was taken at day 1, 3, and 7 (A). The mice were sacrificed at 9 days post AAV9 administration. The tissues were harvested for luciferase expression assay ex vivo (B) and AAV9 genomic copy number analysis (C). The data represents the average and standard deviation from 5 mice. The asterisk indicates the significant difference (p<0.05).
