Fold change of binge vs. control is shown, with positive values indicating up-regulation and negative values indicating down-regulation by ethanol. Some of the genes with high fold changes (Fasl, Chrna1, Slc6a2, and S100a9) had 2 or more samples with undetected expression, indicating qualitative regulation (i.e., present in binge, absent in control).
