In this case, kBTNPLL is equal to 5.54 and kBTWLL is equal to 0.97 and the mole fraction of gas molecules xg for the snapshot on the right is set as 0.011. These snapshots are taken at 400 ps where the systems were at the steady state or “quasi equilibrium”.
