Effect of the p21-activated kinase (PAK)4 inhibitors, PF-3758309 or LCH-7749944, on amylase secretion. Pancreatic acini were incubated with no additions, the indicated secretagogue alone, or with the PAK4 inhibitors PF-3758309 (0.1 nM) or LCH-7749944 (30 µM). Amylase release, expressed as percent of cellular total amylase, was determined after 30 min incubation.
