Long-term functional recovery and white matter sparing are improved in spinal cord-injured WT mice treated with diclofenac immediately after injury. A, Spinal cord-injured mice treated with 40 mg/kg diclofenac showed improved recovery starting at 7 d post-SCI as determined by the BMS open field test.
