Notes: PTX-resistant PC-3 cells were untreated or treated with ultrasound (10 seconds) in the presence or absence of Atg5 siRNA or PTX (91.44 nM) for 24 hours. Expression levels of PI3K, p-AKT, mTORC1, Bcl-2, and p65 were assessed. Protein lysates were collected and assayed by Western blotting. **P<0.01, ^#P<0.05, ^##P<0.01, relative to the control group.
