Comparison of the PaLoc insertion site in the chromosome of strain 630 (bottom) and cognate chromosomal regions in the Clade CI isolates HMX-152 (A), HSJD-312 (B), and HMX-149 (C). Despite carrying cdu1, cdd2, and cdd3, only HMX-149 shows an atypical PaLoc at these coordinates.
