From inner to outer rings: HSJD-312 (toxigenic, purple), HMX-152 (toxigenic, yellow-brown), CD10-165 (toxigenic, pink ring), SA10-050 (toxigenic, light blue), and RPH97 (non-toxigenic, blue ring). This comparison reveals a differential distribution of toxin loci and the agr locus.
