Effects of NNFE on melanogenesis in melan-a cells. Cells were cultured with NNFE (3–30 μg/mL) for 3 days. (A) cytotoxicity, (B) melanin content, (C) intracellular tyrosinase, and (D) tyrosinase activity by zymography were measured as described in the Materials and Methods.
