Phylogenetic analysis of CePV polymerase gene sequences available in GenBank. Each sequence name comprises the GenBank accession number, host species and geographic origin. The groups identified by Barnett et al. (4) are indicated by braces. Phylogenetic trees generated with neighbor-joining method using SEAVIEW v4.2 and the confidence levels were calculated using bootstrapping (2,000 replicates). Bootstrap values under 50% were omitted.
