Discriminant analysis of principal components of 6,790 haplotypes from 1,225 ddRAD-generated loci comparing pre- (n = 142) and post-SSWD (n = 126) populations of adult P. ochraceus and assignment of <1-y-old recruits (indicated by x) (n = 106). The distribution of recruits is left-shifted relative to pre-SSWD adults. Cumulative variance explained by the number of retained principal components was 47.7%; one discriminant function was used (n groups − 1) in the DAPC (F statistic 276.4).
