Treatments for MCF-7 and TamR cells prior to Western blot and immunocytochemical analysis. PD98059 and LY294002 were made up in DMSO, while 4-hydroxytamoxifen was made up in ethanol. Treatments were incubated for 3 hours, after which protein was extracted for western blot assays and cells were fixed for ICC assays. Cells were maintained at 37°C with 5% CO₂.
