15d-PGJ2-loaded NC inhibit the oxidative stress induced by MSU in a PPAR-γ-dependent manner. Fifteen hours after MSU, knee joint was collected for the determination of oxidative stress by measuring GSH levels (A), FRAP assay (B), ABTS assay (C), superoxide anion prodution (NBT assay) (D), NO production (NO2 assay) (E), and determination of the mRNA expression for gp91phox (F), Nrf2 (G), and Ho-1 (H) by RT-qPCR.
