15d-PGJ2-loaded NC decrease inhibit MSU-induced cytokine production in vivo in a PPAR-γ-sensitive manner. Fifteen hours after MSU, knee joint was collected to quantitate IL-1β (A), IL-6 (B), IL-33 (C), TNF-α (D), IL-17 (E), and IL-10 (F) production by ELISA.
