Reversal of the Radiosensitivity of PC-3 Cells by Transfection of miR-17-3p Inhibitor

(A) An miR-17-3p inhibitor or a scramble control was transiently transfected into Dox-induced PC-3 cells. NT indicates no oligo-transfected control. The levels of miR-17-3p were quantified by qRT-PCR. (B) The transfected cells were treated with 2-Gy IR, apoptotic cells were analyzed by flow cytometry, and (C) the apoptotic rates were calculated.
