(A) Intrathecal administration of the Dnmt1 inhibitor RG108 30 min before and 47 h after intraplantar CFA administration (black arrows) had no effect on mechanical sensitivity as measured by von Frey. Plotted are 50% withdrawal thresholds in grams for each individual animal (diamonds for RG108 treated mice, circles for their vehicle-treated controls), as well as their means and standard errors (red and gray lines for knockouts and littermates, respectively).
