There are direct interactions between miR-365 and IL-6. (A) miR-365 was potentially able to regulate IL-6 through direct interactions. miR, microRNA; IL, interleukin. (B) Plasmids (0.8 µg) with WT or mutant 3′-untranslated region DNA sequences were co-transfected with miR-365 mimics into 293T cells. Following cultivation for 24 h the cells were lysed using a dual luciferase reporter assay kit, and fluorescence intensity was measured.
