Typical facial findings of velo-cardio-facial syndrome may be observed, including microcephaly, a long and hypotonic face, mild orbital hypertelorism, almond-shaped eyes, a prominent nasal bridge, a long but wide nose with a bulbous nasal tip, down-turned corners of the mouth, overt cleft, micrognathia and small and low-set ears.
