Cytotoxic agents increase CD13 expression, and CD13 inhibitor bestatin enhances the antitumor effect of cytotoxic agents. Different tumor cells were incubated with low cytotoxic agent dosage for 3 days, and CD13 expression was detected (A). Geometric mean fluorescence intensity was shown (B). MTT assay was employed to detect the viability inhibition after cytotoxic agent treatments combined with different bestatin concentrations (C).
