Partial co-localization of SAPs with kinetochores during the cell cycle. Cells co-expressing PTP-tagged SAPs (NuSAP1-NuSAP4, Fidgetin and KIN-F) and 3HA-tagged kinetochore protein KKT2 were co-immunostained with anti-Protein A polyclonal antibody and FITC-conjugated anti-HA monoclonal antibody.
