Process of analysis of the present study. By comparing previously published sequencing results of BC miRNAs, a total of 6 miRNAs supported by multiple datasets were identified. Then the target genes regulated by these meta-miRNAs were predicted. The meta-miRNAs functions on pathogenesis of breast cancer were enriched through functional enrichment analysis of the target genes of the meta-miRNAs, and transcription factor binding analysis. The numbers in brackets represent the number of processes, miRNAs or genes obtained by analysis. miRNA, microRNA; BC, breast cancer; DAVID, Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery; TF, transcription factor.
