25HC restricts reovirus infection. L929 cells (A) or HeLa cells (B and C) were treated with the ethanol vehicle control or 25HC at the indicated concentrations for 16 h. Cells were infected with T1L (A and B) or T3D (C) at the indicated MOI (MOI of 10 for panel B), fixed at 24 h postinfection, stained with anti-T1L or anti-T3D polyclonal antisera and DAPI, and analyzed by fluorescence microscopy. Cell viability (A and B; right axis) was determined by trypan blue staining.
