L929 cells treated with the vehicle control or 25HC at the indicated concentrations for 16 h were infected with reovirus strain T1L at an MOI of 1 PFU/cell, at which time the 25HC was replaced. Viral titers at 24 hpi and 48 hpi were determined by plaque assay. The results indicate mean viral yields, calculated by dividing the titer at the indicated time points by the titer at 0 hpi.
