Cynomolgus macaques were vaccinated at days 0, 42, 70, and 110. The titers of IgG at 2 and 4 weeks after the fourth immunization (day 110) were assessed by ELISA against the cocktail peptides used for immunization, as well as individual peptides. The titers correspond to the dilution of antipeptide antibodies giving an OD value of ≥0.1 in ELISA.
