(A) Congenic WT (CD45.1^het) and Itgb7^-/- (CD45.1^homo) total T cells were isolated from the spleen and injected intravenously in a 1:1 ratio into 10-week-old (ongoing tumor development) Apc^Min/+ mice. Twelve hours after the injection, T cell ratios were analyzed in the spleen, small intestine lamina propria (SILP) and tumors. (B) The homing index was calculated as the ratio KO to WT divided by the ratio KO to WT of the input. Data represent two different experiments with 3–4 mice each.
