Effect of AEO on the hypnotic dose of pentobarbital-induced sleeping: (A) latency of sleeping time and (B) duration of sleeping time were recorded. AEO (15, 30, and 60 mg/kg), diazepam (2 mg/kg), or saline was administrated i.p. 30 min before the pentobarbital sodium (50 mg/kg) i.p. injection.
