Amplification of 875 bp glucose dehydrogenase gene (gcd) using conserved PCR primers was observed. 1 Kb DNA ladder was used as marker (M). Bands were separated on 1% w/v agarose gel. The phylogenetic relationship of gcd gene sequence from Pseudomonas sp. MS16 was constructed by maximum likelihood method with help of MEGA6 software tool.
