Effects of pterodontic acid on TNF-α and influenza virus-induced activation of NF-κB pathway. HEK293 cells were stably transfected with NF-κB luciferase reporter plasmid. (a) The cells were stimulated with 20 ng/mL TNF-α in the presence or absence of different concentration of pterodontic acid for 24 h; (b) The cells were stimulated with influenza A virus (MOI = 0.1) in the presence or absence of different concentration of pterodontic acid for 24 h.
