Scheme 1 — Synthesis of novel 1,2,3-triazole derivatives 4a–4h. Glycerol was utilized as starting material to produce triazole derivatives in four steps. Intermediates (1), (2) and (3) were obtained in 63%, 75% and 93% yield, respectively. Compounds 4a–4h were obtained in 68%–84% yield.
