NMP significantly inhibits the LPS-induced over-activation of JNK and p38. ATDC5 cells were pre-treated with various concentrations of NMP (0, 5, and 10 nM) and then treated with 5 μg/ml LPS. The protein level of p-JNK and p-p38 was determined using Western blot assay.
