Evodiamine decreased tumor size in Hepa1-6 hepatoma-bearing mice. Hepa1-6 cells were subcutaneously injected in mice on day 0. The indicated doses of evodiamine were treated by oral gavage for 27 consecutive days. The tumor volume was determined by direct measurement with calipers and calculated every three days. (A) On day 30, the animals were sacrificed, and the tumors were removed (B) for the detection of WWOX expression (C).
