There was a relative increase in the incorporation of Ser at Ala sites in the cell line expressing the misreading tRNASer(Ala) at the cognate codon GCT only. tRNASer(Leu) expressing cell line was used as a negative control to show that the increase in misincorporations is induced by tRNASer(Ala).
