The effect of the essential oil of C. conduplicatus (the EO 25 mg/kg, i.p.), the EO + NLX (25 and 1.5 mg/kg, respectively, i.p.), morphine (MOR 10 mg/kg, i.p.) and MOR + NLX (10 and 1.5 mg/kg, respectively, i.p.) in the first and second phase of formalin-induced nociception test (n = 6, per group).
