The effect of Alisol F on LPS/d-gal-induced activation of MAPKs and NF-κB signaling pathways in vivo. The mice were pretreated with Alisol F (20 mg/kg) and DXM (5 mg/kg) for three days, and induced with LPS/d-gal (40 μg/kg, 700 mg/kg). Liver samples were harvested at 5 h after LPS/d-gal treatment. The protein expression of phospho-ERK phospho-JNK and IκB-α were detected by Western blot. (A). Densitometry analysis of phospho-ERK (B), phospho-JNK (C) and IκB-α (D) were shown.
