. . (A) Standard Gd-IgA1 was incubated at a dynamic range of 0.1–20 ng/well and detected using colorimetric assay. Data were corrected for background signal. The inset shows the entire range with an R2 of 0.998. The larger panel is magnified to show the three lowest amounts of Gd-IgA1 (0.1, 0.5 and 1.0 ng). (B) Standard Gd-IgA1 was incubated at a dynamic range of 0.1–10 ng/well, and developed using chemiluminescence assay. Data were corrected for background signal.
