A, HCT116 cells were treated with DMSO (V, vehicle) or increasing concentrations of Mito-Met10 or Mito-CP for 24 h. Protein lysates (10 μg/lane) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with antiserum directed toward phospho-Ser-757–ULK1, total ULK1, or β-tubulin (A) or phospho-Ser-317–ULK1, total ULK1, or β-tubulin (B).
