Dynamic Graphical Model (DGM) is a graphical model with directed relationships. θt(i) (r) are the time-varying connectivity strength of parent region i + 1 on child node r (i = 1 is the intercept), or in other words, the varying regression coefficients from a dynamic regression. In this 3-node network, the model equations for the three nodes are written in the lower left box, showing the DGM to be a collection of dynamic linear models (DLM).
