THP‐1 CAMYEL cells sorted into three levels (high, medium, low) of CAMYEL expression were stimulated with H2 relaxin for 45 minutes. The efficacy (E _max) and potency (pEC₅₀) was determined for each expression level at 5 and 45 minutes. Efficacy is expressed as a percentage of the maximum response to forskolin (10 μmol L⁻¹), with vehicle expressed as 0%.
