Cordycepin inhibited oral cancer cell proliferation. After 2.5 × 104 cells were seeded into the 24-well plate and grown for 24 h, the cells were treated with 0, 20, 50, 100, 200 μM cordycepin for 24, 48 and 72 h. Then, cells were harvested and MTT assay was performed to evaluate the cell viability. All the experiments were performed in triplicates (* p < 0.05, ** p <0.01).
