Groups f and g showed an elongated seminiferous tubule with scanty spermatozoa in the lumen (*), very few leydig cells in the interstitial spaces at 2 weeks while at 4 weeks, a rounded/oval seminiferous tubule and wide interstitial spaces with reduced Leydig cells was observed.
