Effects of BG on expression of 4-hydroxynonenal (4-HNE) (A), cytochrome P450 E1 (CYP2E1) (B) and 3-nitrotyrosine (3-NT) (C) in liver tissues, and the fluorescence intensities were quantified. The expression levels of 4-HNE, CYP2E1 (green) and 3-NT (red) in tissue section isolated from different groups were assessed by immunofluorescence. Representative immunofluorescence images were taken at 200×. 4,6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) (blue) was used as a nuclear counterstain. All data were expressed as mean ± S.D, n = 8. ** p < 0.01 vs. normal group; ^## p < 0.01, ^# p < 0.05, vs. APAP group.
